Welcome to our first self build project in Plymouth. It took eight long months to acquire the land and planning permission for a 3-bedroomed detached house with garage and workshop/store. The building for our new home started at the beginning of August 2006. The target project build will be approximately 23 weeks.
Colin is managing the build himself, and has hired a highly recommended local self builder and other tradesmen. Colin is on site almost full time to help throughout the build.
